1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all 866gl gaming services, including but not limited to casino games, slot machines, poker rooms, bingo halls, wheel games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any other gaming products offered through the 866gl platform ("Services"). All such documents form part of the binding agreement between 866gl and Users.

866gl operates under the authority of and is licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government-owned corporation responsible for regulating and licensing all gaming operations in the Philippines. 2.2 Account Registration Process

To use 866gl Services, Users must complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, complete residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by the platform. You agree to create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited.

During or after registration, 866gl may require Users to submit identity verification documents including government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, postal ID, or other valid government ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Users must submit clear, legible copies of requested documents within the timeframe specified by 866gl. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account limitations, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

2.3 Account Security and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify 866gl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. All activities occurring under your account credentials are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. 866gl is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from User negligence in safeguarding login credentials.

Users must ensure that all contact information associated with their account remains current and accurate. 866gl will communicate important account information, security alerts, promotional offers, and policy updates to the email address and mobile number registered on your account. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missed communications and Users assume all responsibility for consequences arising from outdated contact details.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

866gl accepts deposits through various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), direct bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), 7-Eleven cash deposits, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. Current deposit limits are displayed on the platform's cashier section.

Deposits are typically credited to User accounts instantly for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya) and within one to four hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of third-party payment providers. 866gl is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or network connectivity issues beyond our control. Users should verify that deposits originate from accounts held in their own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in funds being returned and account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

Users may request withdrawals of available account balances through approved withdrawal methods. 3.3 Fees and Currency

However, third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions may impose their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the User. All financial transactions on the 866gl platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, if required, will be performed at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the relevant payment processor or financial institution.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

866gl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are detailed in the applicable promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Violation of fair play standards will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

Upon termination, 866gl may confiscate any funds in the account balance, void all pending wagers, cancel all bonuses, and take appropriate legal action if warranted. Users whose accounts have been terminated for cause have no right to compensation and may be permanently banned from creating new accounts.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game designs, user interfaces, and other materials available on the 866gl platform ("Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to 866gl and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. By using 866gl Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect User data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

User information may be shared with third parties only in limited circumstances, including with payment processors to facilitate transactions, with regulatory authorities as required by law, with service providers who assist in platform operations under confidentiality agreements, or with law enforcement in response to valid legal requests. 866gl does not sell User personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Users have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 866gl, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

866gl is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, equipment malfunctions, software errors, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Users acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risks and that winnings are never guaranteed. 866gl's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, Users agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 866gl.

12. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver by 866gl of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 866gl to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: Users may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without 866gl's prior written consent. 866gl may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any party without restriction or User consent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between Users and 866gl concerning the use of Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
